Supporting players from grassroots basketball through to EABL and WEABL pathways.
We met through basketball. Every one of us has lived the game, through the highs, the setbacks and the hard stretches. Several of us came through academy systems ourselves, from Barking Abbey to Bristol Flyers Academy, so we understand the demands young players face both on and off the court.
There is only so much court time. Coaches focus on skills, tactics and athletic development. We add a structured mentoring layer around mindset, habits and life off the court.
Young athletes carry a lot. School, home life, pressure, expectations and their own ambitions all affect performance. We help players manage that load and build practical ways to thrive.
The strengths transfer beyond basketball. Leadership, teamwork, resilience and goal-setting all matter off the court too. We help players recognise those strengths and apply them to education, work and life.
Each domain is a six-week block, once a week.
Understand where self talk comes from, how it affects performance, and what a player can control.
Define what they want from basketball, what they want beyond it, and what may be holding them back.
Turn goals into clear actions, habits and progress that can be tracked.
Practical tools for organisation, focus, study, time management, wellbeing and performance.
Resilience, discipline and the ability to reset when things are not going to plan.
Young people engage with mentors they can relate to and respect. Our mentors bring real basketball experience, shared standards and an understanding of the pathway your players are on.
They know the journey because they have lived it.
Work with an individual, a full squad or across the whole club.
Choose the full programme, a short block or a one-off session on a specific topic.
We can spread sessions across the season and place them around key moments such as exams, playoffs or player transitions.
Sessions for summer, half-term and holiday camps, plus talks at award evenings and community events.
Choose the topics that matter most to your players. We can also bring in specialist input where useful.
We shape the programme around your needs and provide clear per-player pricing.
Young people need to feel safe to speak openly. We create that environment through clear boundaries, trained mentors and robust safeguarding processes.
Every mentor has an enhanced DBS check, safeguarding training and in-house mentoring training.
Concerns are escalated to our Designated Safeguarding Lead and managed alongside the club’s safeguarding procedures.
Every mentor follows clear standards for professionalism, conduct and boundaries.
Tell us about your team and what you want your players to get out of it.
