Information about the young people we mentor. When we deliver mentoring, we also process limited personal information about the young people taking part, such as their name and information needed to run and safeguard the programme. For school and basketball club programmes, we do this under an agreement with the organisation, which obtains the necessary parental consent. For one-to-one mentoring arranged directly with a family, we obtain that consent from the parent or guardian. Photographs and video are only ever used with separate written consent. We handle all of this information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, in line with our safeguarding approach.
